Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Model

MEZA operates on a subscription basis billed monthly or annually in advance.

2. Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through the dashboard settings. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

3. No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the service and immediate consumption of AI resources, we generally do not offer refunds for partial periods.

4. Service Credits

In cases where a technical issue originating solely from MEZA prevents service delivery, we may, at our discretion, offer service credits or an appropriate remedy.

5. Setup Fees

Any one-time setup or onboarding fees are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
