MEZA is operated by Meza io Technology, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under Trade License No. 1635387.
2. Nature of Service
MEZA is an AI-powered restaurant operations management platform. The platform processes data provided by users (including POS screenshots) to generate operational insights, reports, and recommendations.
3. No Financial or Operational Advice
All insights, recommendations, and briefings generated by MEZA are for informational purposes only. MEZA does not provide legal, financial, tax, or operational advice. Users remain solely responsible for all business decisions made based on the information provided by the platform.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the data they upload and for verifying any AI-generated insights before taking action.
5. Intellectual Property
The MEZA platform, software, AI models, dashboards, reports, and all related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Meza io Technology. Users retain ownership of the data they upload.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meza io Technology's total liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the customer during the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous service availability. However, MEZA does not guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
